北京急救中心急救药品报损分析

摘　　要：目的 通过分析急救药品报损情况,提出改进措施.方法 对2009年～2010年急救中心急救药品报损记录数据进行统计分析.结果 2年中过期失效的药品为报损的主要原因,其次是药品破损,药品年报损率超过卫生部医院等级管理要求规定的0.2%.结论 本中心急救模式是药品报损率高的主要原因,应加强药品管理重新制定药箱配置药品的种类、数量,提高急救人员用药水平,改善运输及储存条件,建立奖惩制度,以减少药品的浪费.Objective To analyze the loss of first aid medicine in emergency center, for improve the management. Methods The record of medicine for loss during the 2009 and 2010 were analyzed. Result The primary cause of first-aid medicine for the loss is expired. The second reason is damage. The rate of medicine for loss every year is over 0.2% .Conclusion The high rate of medicine for the loss have the main relationship with the single first-aid mode in our center. We should take the equipment of the medicine chest for reasonable again, raise the level of drug usage improve the condition of transportation and storage, set up the system of rules for reward and penalty to decrease the rate of medicine for the loss.
