摘　　要：高师院校开发有特色的教师教育类课程,对师范生进行教师职业技能训练,是师范院校面对新课改培养优秀教师过程中的重要环节,也是体现高师院校师范特色的重要组成部分。本文以对比方法,从课程理念、教学内容到教学方法等多个方面讨论了教师职业技能培训课程创新实践与思考。Developing some distinctive education classes and carrying out some training to the students in normal universities is an important link in order to educate more qualified teachers in the new curriculum reform and is also a way to show an important part of the normal characteristics.In this paper we use the method of comparison to discuss the practice and reflection in the innovation of the teachers＇ professional skills training course from the perspective of curriculum,teaching content and teaching method.
