四川省县级政府网站信息公开情况调查研究  

The Investigation and Research on Governmental Information Publicity of Primary Level Government Websites in the West Area—A Case Study of County Area in Sichuan Province

摘　　要：文章调查了四川省138个县级政府网站,分析其信息公开内容、信息组织效果、信息公开方式和信息公开监督与保障四个方面的内容。现阶段,四川省县级政府网站信息公开方面重内容轻组织,重公开方式轻监督保障,存在信息名称不统一、重复建设、站内检索困难等形式上的问题,以及内容欠丰富、信息组织效果不理想、在线申请公开困难和缺乏必要的监督保障机制等内容上的问题,应加以改进。The paper investigates the information publicity services of 138 county government websites,analyzes the contents for information publicity,the information organization effect,the ways as well as the supervision and guarantee mechanism for publicity.The results show that the websites pay more attention to the contents than organization,and place more emphasis on ways than supervision and guarantee.There exist some problems in information form,including lack of uniform for items which results in duplicate construction,and difficulties in site search,still some issues in contents,such as lack of abundant contents,dissatisfaction of information organization,barriers for online access to information,lack of necessary supervision and guarantee mechanism for publicity.Some suggestions are given at the end of the paper.
