美国政府信息服务体系对我国公共图书馆的启示

摘　　要：《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的施行为我国的公共图书馆提供了新的业务和服务方向。与国外成熟的政府信息服务体系相比,我国还存在很大差距。美国图书馆政府信息服务起步早、发展成熟,文章从相关法律、标准制定、机构设置和运行机制几个方面对其进行了较为全面系统的梳理和分析,并为我国公共图书馆更好地开展政府信息服务提出了建议。The performance of ＂Government Information Publicity Regulations of China＂ has provided a new direction of service for Chinese public libraries.However,compared with government information services of developed countries,China still has a long way to go.The government information service of America started early and has developed quite mature.This paper mainly discussed the legal system,standard specification,organization setting and operation mechanism of American government information service.The conclusions obtained are quite meaningful for Chinese public libraries.
