农家书屋促进我国全民阅读推广的策略研究

摘　　要：在列举和分析各地农家书屋开展全民阅读活动案例的基础上,针对农家书屋促进全民阅读推广活动所面临的问题,提出利用"公益性起步、经营性发展"的原则,解决其资金问题;加大宣传力度,扩大其影响;依托各地读书节等品牌活动,倡导农民阅读;拓展其服务范围;与各级各类图书馆对接整合,扩大其辐射范围;加快农家书屋数字化的建设步伐;建立管理人员选聘培训制度等策略,旨在推动农家书屋建设,促进农村地区全民阅读的深入开展。On the basis of a thorough analysis on the role of village library in the reading promotion in China,the existed problems are listed.Therefore,the strategies on improving reading scale from different aspects,such as in a principle of commonweal beginning and management development to solve the shortage of funds,enlarging the popularity of movement,relying on the various local rank of reading activities,spreading out the service scopes,co-operating with other community institutions,expediting the digital construction as well as raising the staff with special talents,which can increase the development of village libraries and promote the nationwide reading among the rural society,are explained.
