家庭式徽派养老院居住空间设计探析

摘　　要：据了解,当前我国老年人高龄化逐年快速增加,独生子女家庭对双方老人的养老负担也相应增加,而综合型养老院条件苛刻,费用昂贵等,很难满足大众型需求,所以更需要新的养老体系出现家庭式养老院。由于家庭和老年人自身的诸多因素的原因,单一的社会和独生子女家庭的养老方式都是不适宜的。本文分析了家庭式徽派养老院居住空间设计的基本特征,具体是以徽派养老院建筑风格的独特性为载体,并根据老年人自身属性与生活行为为依据,分析了老年人居住空间设计的要点和方法,为今后家庭式徽派养老院建设提出一点建议。It is understood that the current aging of the elderly in China increased rapidly year by year,for both single families with children,the elderly pension liabilities will be increased, while the comprehensive nursing harsh conditions,expensive and so difficult to meet the mass demand, there is also a need for new pension system of family-style nursing home.As the famil- ies and the elderly because of their numerous factors,single and single families with children,the social old-age methods are inappropriate.This paper analyzes the family living space Huizhou nursing home＇s basic design features,the specific nur- sing home Huizhou architectural style is unique as a carrier, and according to the elderly and life behavior of their own pro- perties based on analysis of the main points of the elderly living space design and methods of nursing homes for the future con- struction of Huizhou family make some recommendations.
