摘　　要：全国高校和公共图书馆认真贯彻落实党的十七大和十七届四中全会精神,以邓小平理论和"三个代表"指导思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以"为推进内涵发展创先进,建设创新服务型图书馆"为主题,以基层党支部建设为载体,紧密结合实际,充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用和共产党员的先锋模范作用,为推动图书馆的科学发展、促进校园文化建设发挥了积极作用。Universities and public libraries conscientiously im- plement the spirit of the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Three Represents as the guide, thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development in order to ＂to promote the creation of content development and advanced Library building an innovative service-oriented ＂as the theme to the grass-roots party branches as the carrier, realities, give full play to the role of party organizations and party members fighting force vanguard and exemplary role in promoting the library＇s scientific develo- pment,promote the construction of campus culture played an active role.
