摘　　要：本文首先分析了民营终极产权控制下企业的融资行为特点,然后探讨了民营终极产权控制下企业的短期债权融资偏好、融资渠道不畅等问题,最后,基于产权改革的视角提出优化民营终极产权控制企业的融资行为对策。In this paper,firstly,analysis the characteristic of the enterprise financing behavior under private ultimate propert3 right control;then,discussed these problems such as the short- term debt financing by chance the financing channel is impedec for under private ultimate property fight control enterprise; fin- ally,proposes the countermeasure of the optimized privately ult- imate property right control enterprise＇s financing behavior basec on property right reform＇s angle of view.
