摘　　要：2009年初钢板折叠带出品一直是首秦公司轧钢工艺性带出品主要部分，通过技术质量等专业人员现场攻关，最终找到了钢板折叠缺陷产生的根本原因，通过工艺及操作过程控制，成功将全年折叠缺陷控制在50t平均水平，为降低首秦公司钢板带出品起到了巨大很大作用。In early 2009, plate folding defects have been the main parts of plate degradation in ShouQin metal material company. Depending on researches and investigation of technical and quality engineer, the root causes of plate folding defects are eventually found, process and operational controls successfully reduced the occurrence to the average level of 50 tons in full-year, so it played a great role to reduce the company＇s steel plate degradation in ShouQin metal material company.
