教研型理工类高校内涵发展途径探析

摘　　要：高校内涵发展是时代发展的必然要求,是在办学规模相对稳定的情况下,以调整结构、提升教育质量、提高办学效益为主导的发展。我国教研型理工类高校要以文化建设为先导、以队伍建设为核心、以本科教学为重点、以学科建设为基础、以制度建设为保障、以条件建设为抓手,抓住机遇,尽快形成核心竞争力。On the ground of the rather steady school-running scale of higher education universities in China,connotation development, aiming at the regulation of structures and the improvement of education quality and efficiency in school management, is the fundamental requirement of the new era.The teaching and research oriented polytechnic universities in china should make themselves competitive by initiating the development with cultural construction and attaching great importance to team building, undergraduate education, discipline development, and system and environment constructions.
