摘 要:目的:探讨微阵列酶联免疫法检测的临床价值。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和微阵列酶联免疫法(Ar-ray-ELISA)检测试验组样本的抗-HIV抗体、抗-TP抗体。分别统计两种方法检测阳性、阴性的样本数目,并进行统计学处理。结果:两种方法分别检测400份实验组样本,统计检测结果并经卡方检验证明无差别。检测结果的总符合率均为100%。结论:微阵列酶联免疫法与ELISA法无统计学差异,初步证明可以满足艾滋病哨点监测工作中检测工作的要求。Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of the microarray enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Array-ELISA).Methods: Total samples were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and Array-ELISA respectively for anti-HIV antibodies and anti-TP antibody.The amount of positive and negative samples obtained by the two methods were taken for statistical analysis.Results: 400 samples were tested by the two methods respectively,and there was no difference between two methods through the test of chis-quare criterion.The coincidence of the results was 100%.Conclusion: Array-ELISA shows no statistical difference with ELISA kit,it may be a potential method for screening and detection in AIDS workstation.
