摘 要:目的:探讨不同地区、不同入伍年限的士兵应采用不同强度的体能训练方法。方法:选取某部驻滇部队121人作为研究对象,根据其入伍地点、入伍年限,采用德国耶格公司生产的运动心肺功能仪,用极量运动试验,测定运动不同时期心肺功能指标,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:平原新入伍进入云南亚高原的士兵无氧阈状态时,摄氧量(VO2)、每公斤体质量摄氧量(VO2/kg)、氧脉搏(VO2/HR)、代谢当量(MET)较本地同年新入伍士兵低,而在运动至力竭时,两组以上指标差异均无统计学意义。平原入伍进入云南亚高原一年及两年的士兵与世居当地的同年入伍士兵比较,无氧阈状态及运动至力竭时,所有心肺功能指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:平原入伍的士兵进入亚高原地区生活、训练一年后,其运动强度和耐力与世居亚高原的士兵无差异,可以采用同样的训练运动强度。Objective:To study the soldiers with different native areas and different fixed number of years should take different intensities of physical training methods.Methods:121 soldiers in a troop in Yunnan were selected as the research subjects.According to the place and fixed number of years into the army,the cardiopulmonary function indexes were detected by the sport cardiopulmonary function instrument made by Germany and maximal exercise test.Results:The oxygen uptake(O2),oxygen uptake per kilo body mass(O2/kg),oxygen pulse(O2/HR) and metabolic equivalent(MET) in the recruits from plain into Yunnan sub-plateau were significantly lower than those from the local places during anaerobic threshold(AT) state.These exercise variables did not differ between the two groups during maximum tolerance state and between the soldiers enlisted in army for one year or two years from plain into Yunnan sub-plateau and the soldiers with the same fixed number of years come from the native places(P0.05).Conclusion:After 1-year living and training,the exercise intensity and tolerance have no statistical difference between the soldiers from plain to Yunnan sub-plateau and the soldiers from native places.The same intensity of exercise training may be adopted.
