摘　　要：通过临床护理实践,针对老年痴呆症患者进行日常卫生、饮食、安全、服药、心理、睡眠障碍等方面的护理,可明显改善老年痴呆患者的症状,提高生命质量。By means of the clinical nursing practice,nursing care aiming at daily hygiene,diet,security control,taking medicine,psychotherapy and sleep disorder could obviously improve the symptoms of senile dementia and increase the quality of life.
