社区综合护理干预对产褥期妇女负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区综合护理干预对产褥期妇女负性情绪的影响。方法将100例产褥期妇女随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组由社区护理人员进行常规健康教育及家庭访视。实验组实施社区综合护理干预。比较两组干预前后焦虑量表（SAS）、抑郁量表（SDS）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、家庭功能状态问卷（APGAR）改善情况。结果干预后实验组SAS（36．76±10．62）分、SDS（37．46±10．23）分低于对照组（50．83±10．85），（49．78±10．14）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t分别为6．55，6．05；P〈0．01）。实验组SCL-90量表各项评分均低于对照组。干预后实验组良好家庭45例，对照组36例，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=5．26，P〈0．05）。结论对产褥期妇女进行社区综合护理干预，可消除个人、家庭、社会中存在的不良诱因，减少负性情绪的产生。Objective To explore the effects of community synthetic nursing intervention on negative emotion of puerperium women. Methods Totals of 100 puerperium women were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , 50 cases per group. The control group received conventional health education and home visits and experimental group received community synthetic nursing intervention. Score of anxiety scale （ SAS）, depression scale （ SDS）, symptom assessment scale （SCL-90） and family function, before and after intervention,were compared between two groups. Results SAS score and SDS score in experimental group was （ 36. 76 ±10. 62 ） and （37.46±10.23） lower than （50.83 ±10.85） and （49.78±10.14） in control group, the difference was statistically significant （ t = 6. 55,6. 05 ; P 〈 0. 01 ）. SCL-90 score of experimental group was lower than that of eoritrol group. The well family function in experimental group was 45 cases and 36 eases in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ X2 = 5.26, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Application of community synthetic nursing intervention in puerperal women, can eliminate harmful precipitating factor existing in person, family, society and decrease negative emotion of puerperal women.
