摘　　要：目的考察通关灵片的药效学。方法选择对正常小鼠肠推进运动试验、小鼠排便时间和数量试验,以及模拟燥结失水便秘3个药效试验。结果与结论对正常小鼠肠推进运动试验研究表明,通关灵片各组均有较好的推进作用,中剂量组与对照组比较有非常显著差别(P<0.01),高剂量组与对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.05),阳性对照组与溶媒对照组比较有作用趋势,正常小鼠小肠容积变化不明显,阳性对照组小肠容积变化明显。正常小鼠排便时间和数量试验结果表明,给药后小鼠出现黑便时间较短,高剂量组与溶媒对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.05);高剂量组与溶媒对照组比较,排便数量有非常显著差别(P<0.01),其余各组与溶媒对照组比较有作用趋势。燥结失水便秘试验中,通关灵片各组与模型组比较均有作用趋势,差别无显著意义。Objective To study the pharmacodynamics of Tongguanling Tablet.Methods Intestinal propulsion test,defecation frequency and timing and constipation model in mice were assessed.Results and Conclusion Each Tongguanling Tablet group of different doses showed positive propulsion effect.Middle dosage and blank groups were different（P〈0.01）,and high dosage and blank groups were different（P〈0.05）.Compared with those in blank group,mice＇s bowel volume apparently changed in positive group.In defecation frequency and amount test,the number of times mice passed black stool in high dosage group was less than in blank group（P〈0.05）,and the amounts of defecation in high and in blank group were apparently different（P〈0.01）.In constipation model test,compared with blank group,all dosage groups showed positive effect,but without significant differences.
