小切口内括约肌侧切治疗陈旧性肛裂325例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨小切口内括约肌侧切治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效，本研究采用此方法治疗陈旧性肛裂325例。结果显示，本组患者全部治愈，创面愈合时间为12～18d。术后疼痛较著者7例，发生直肠粪便嵌塞3例，腹泻2例。出院后1～2个月复查，肛门功能良好，外观无异常。结果表明，小切口内括约肌侧切治疗陈旧性肛裂操作简单，疗效确切，患者术后疼痛轻，并发症少，值得临床推广。The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of mini-incision lateral interal sphincterotomy for chronic anal fissure. In this study, the 325 patients with chronic anal fissure received this procedure. As results, the 325 cases were all cured, healing time of wound-surface was 12-18 days;after operation 7 patients suffered from more significant pain,3 had faecal impaction in rectum,2 had diarrhea;I- 2 months after discharged re-examination realed their anal function were better, and anal appearance was normal. Results show that mini-incision lateral internal sphincterotomy for chronic anal fissure has such ad- vantages as simple manipulation, certain therapeutic effect ,mild pain of patient, less complication, thus it is worthy to be popularize clinically.
