夹脊电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用夹脊电针疗法,取颈部夹脊穴,对照组采用传统治疗方法取穴,3周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床治愈率分别为70.00%和53.33%,总有效率分别为96.67%和90.00%,经统计学检验P<0.05。结论:夹脊电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,没有明显不良反应。Objective：To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery（CSA）. Methods：Divide 60 cases of CSA patients into treatment group（electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point）and control group（conventional acupuncture）,and there were 30 cases in each group. Results：The clinical curative rates of the treatment group and control group were 70.00% and 53.33% respectively,and the total effective rate was 96.67% and 90.00% respectively（P0.05）. Conclusion：The electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point in the treatment of CSA has a significant effect and with no obviously bad-reaction.
