摘　　要：周围性面瘫是临床常见病、多发病,针灸是治疗本病的方法之一,在临床中已被广泛推广及应用,并得到了国内外医者的认同,但因其各人的操作方法不同,并在临床中存在许多其他影响其疗效的因素,因此,针灸治疗周围性面瘫的治疗仍存在着许多争议。为了解现状,为临床针灸医师治疗本病提供常规的治疗方法,特将近5年来的相关文献进行了检索及查阅,并进行综合分析介绍。Facial paralysis is a clinical common disease,and acupuncture which is one of the treatment for this disease in clinical practice has been widely promoted and applied,and it gains the recognition of domestic and foreign doctors,but because of different operations by different people,there are many factors that affect its efficacy,and there are still many disputes on the issue in some treatments.To understand the current situation of clinical acupuncture treatment for this disease is to provide regular treatment,especially relevant literature on the retrieval,assessment and comprehensive analysis during recent five years.
