摘　　要：海底管道是海上油气田的生命线,其运行状况直接关系到海上油气输送的安全。论述了完整性管理技术与海底管道安全的逻辑关系;建立了海底管道完整性管理的体系框架;阐述了海底管道完整性管理的6个环节和5个层次内容;提出国内海底管道完整性管理的研究重点。明确了开展海底管道完整性管理工作的实施路径,为我国海底管道完整性管理提供参考。Submarine pipeline is the lifeblood of offshore oil and gas fields and its operation is directly related to the safety of offshore oil and gas transportation.Compared with land pipelines,inspection,monitoring and maintenance of submarine pipelines are difficult with harsh conditions for services.The event of an accident would bring huge economic losses and environmental pollution,it is necessary to carry out submarine pipeline integrity management research.Logic between the submarine pipeline integrity management technologies and security was systematically discussed;submarine pipeline integrity management system framework was established.Six segments and five levels contents of undersea pipeline integrity management were elaborated.The domestic research priorities of submarine pipeline integrity management and the implementation path for submarine pipeline integrity management were proposed,which could be the reference for submarine pipeline integrity management.
