摘  要:为了满足多介质复杂结构三维电场逆问题对三维电场数值计算提出的高精度和高效率的要求,以有限元方法为基本理论,编制了基于四面体网格剖分的三维电场有限元计算平台.运用计算平台对高压SF6断路器灭弧室内的三维电场进行了准确计算,根据灭弧室内的电场分布对动触头结构进行优化分析,得到了高压SF6断路器内部等位线分布图、等电场强度分布图和不同动触头结构下的最大电场强度值.算例计算结果证明了该计算平台能被应用于三维电场逆问题的求解.In order to satisfy the requirements of high accuracy and efficiency in three dimensional electric field numerical calculation for three dimensional electric field inverse problem of multimedia and complex structure,three dimensional electric field computing platform was developed based on the finite element method(FEM) and tetrahedron subdivision.Three dimensional electric field in the arc quenching chamber of high voltage SF6 circuit breaker was computed accurately using the computing platform,and the optimization for the structure of movable contact was carried out based on the electric field distribution in the arc quenching chamber.The distribution of equipotential line and electric field intensity inside high voltage SF6 circuit breaker as well as the maximum electric intensity value under different contact structures were obtained.The calculation results prove that this computing platform can be used to solve the inverse problem of three dimensional electric field.
