摘 要:为减轻轮毂质量、降低制造成本,在强度分析基础上,以HyperWorks作为分析平台,结合2种优化方法对轮毂进行结构优化,以优化结果为依据并结合实际设计经验重新建模,将MSC.Patran/Nastran作为分析平台对轮毂进行了极限强度分析.分析结果表明,优化后轮毂的最大应力为125 MPa,变形值和应力值均满足设计要求,使得轮毂质量比原来降低了30.74%.基于HyperWorks的结构优化,不但能缩短设计开发周期、减少试验次数、节省设计成本,还能有效地减小模型质量,提高结构性能.In order to lighten the hub weight and reduce the manufacturing costs,the hub structure was optimized with combining two optimization methods and taking HyperWorks as analysis platform based on the strength analysis.The model was rebuilt based on the optimization results and practical design experience.And the ultimate strength of hub was analyzed with taking MSC.Patran/Nastran as analysis platform.The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the optimized hub is 125 MPa,the deformation and stress values meet the design requirements,and the reducing amplitude in the weight of hub is 30.74%.The structure optimization based on HyperWorks can not only shorten the design period,reduce the test degree and save the design cost,but also effectively reduce the weight of the model and improve the performance of the structure.
