摘  要:分析了煤炭低温干馏工艺及其存在的主要问题,介绍了多元料浆气化工艺特点,探讨了将两种煤转化技术进行耦合并进而形成一种多联产工艺的可行性。通过对两种技术不同耦合方案的分析,总结了多元料浆气化技术耦合煤炭低温干馏多联产技术所具有的技术优势,对多联产技术在具体实施中可能出现的问题提出了建议。In this paper, the process and key problems of coal low-temperature carbonization technology was analyzed, the characteristics of the MCSG coal gasification technology was introduced and the poly-generation feasibility analysis of MCSG coal gasification coupling coal low-temperature carbonization technology was discussed. According to the technological and economic analysis of the two different coupling plans, the advantages of the MCSG coal gasification coupling coal low-temperature carbonization technology was summarized. Some proposals were put forward to solve the problems that likely to happen in the implementation process of the poly-generation technologies.
