摘  要:介绍了以氨为碱源的PDS湿式氧化法脱硫工艺,强调了碱源在焦炉煤气PDS法脱硫过程中的重要性,从理论和实际两方面着重分析了补氨的加入方式(氨汽或氨水)和位置(反应槽、预冷塔及预冷后煤气管道);同时提出了氨水、氨汽同补的新补氨方式,即氨汽补氨从预冷塔后煤气管道中加入,并讨论了新补氨方式的优点、缺点和防范措施。The ammonia compensation mode was expounded for the PDS wet oxidation desulfurization process using ammonia as the alkali. The analysis focused on the ammonia compensation mode and position in terms of theory and practice, meanwhile, the new compensation mode was proposed, in which both ammonia water and ammonia vapor (to be fed into the gas pipe behind the pre-cooling tower) were compensated at the same time. The advantages and disadvantages of the new ammonia compensation mode as well as preventive measure were discussed.
