摘  要:以微波处理后的红土矿为原料,分别进行了熔炼温度、熔炼时间及炉渣碱度3个单因素的试验研究。实验结果表明:提高熔炼温度对熔炼效果有积极的影响,当温度超过1 530℃后,继续升高熔炼温度,熔炼效果没有明显的变化。增加熔炼时间能使反应充分进行,当熔炼时间超过50 min后,继续增加熔炼时间,熔炼效果没有明显的变化。提高炉渣碱度对熔炼效果有积极的影响,当炉渣碱度超过1.1后,继续增大炉渣碱度,熔炼效果反而变差。确定冶炼镍铁的工艺条件为:熔炼温度为1 515~1 530℃,熔炼时间为50~60 min,炉渣碱度为1.1左右。This research had explored three conditions of reaction, namely, melting temperature, time and slag basicity based on laterite ore which had been disposed by microwave. The results showed that the effect on ores was related to the melting temperature: it improved as temperature rised below 1 530℃, and seemed no significant changes above 1 530 ℃. The effect also associated with the time: the effect would be improved by prolonging the time and not so much change after 50 minutes. The slag basicity, however, had a particular function on its effect: with the slag basicity increasing, the effect would get better accordingly, nevertheless, the effect would get awful beyond the 1.1 slag basicity. The conditions of this experiment were satisfactory when the melting temperature should be controlled between 1 515-1 530 ℃, the time 50-60 min and the slag basicity 1.1 approximately.
