摘  要:矿热炉(铁合金炉、工业硅炉、电石炉等)中,电极把持器是设备的重要组成部分,对调整电炉功率均衡起着非常重要的作用。把持器质量的优劣直接影响着每台电炉的电能耗损及安全运行。应根据电炉容量大小、技术装备差异,操作水平等条件,以设计合理、安全可靠、经济实用的原则设计把持器,保证电炉正常运行,实现节能增产,提高企业经济效益的目的。As for submerged arc furnace (ferroalloy furnace, industrial silicon furnace, calcium carbide furnace, etc), electrode holder is an important component of equipment, it can not only make the conductor (brasses or contact element) impinge on the electrode, electricity flow through conductor, electrode steadily transmit power towards furnace, but also can drive electrode to move up and down, which plays a very important role for adjusting electric furnace power to be balanced. The quality of holder directly affects power consumption and safety operation of each furnace. The holder should be designed on the basis of the conditions that electric furnace capacity size, difference of technical equipment and operant level, etc. meanwhile, based on the reasonable, safe and reliable, economical and practical principles, to ensure the normal operation of electric furnace, realize energy-saving and production-increasing, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
