摘  要:透明钇铝石榴石(YAG)陶瓷以其优异的光学、力学、热学性能而成为固体激光器的极佳基体材料,而制备出高质量透明陶瓷的关键在于合成出晶相纯、粒度均匀、分散性好的YAG粉体。本文以高纯A1(NO_3)_39H_2O、Y(NO_3)_36H_2O为原料,以NH_4HCO_3为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀-冻干法制备YAG纳米粉体,并用DSC/TG、XRD、SEM、激光粒度仪等测试手段对粉体的晶相组成、形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明,在1200℃焙烧后所制备的YAG纳米粉体晶相完整、纯度高、形状规则、粒径均匀、团聚轻。Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (YAG) has become the fortune's favorite solid laser basis material for its significant optical, mechanical, thermal properties. It's the key point to synthesize the YAG nano-particles with well-crystallized, uniform grain, good dispersion for perfect transparent ceramic. In this paper, the loosely dispersed YAG nano-particles and pure cubic crystal phase were synthesized by the co-precipitation - freeze drying method, using higher purity Al(NO3)3.9H20, Y(NO3)3·6H2O and NHnHCO3 as raw materials. The YAG nano-particles were characterized by the DSC/TG, XRD, SEM and laser granulometer etc. After calcined at 1200℃, the well-crystallized YAG nano-particles were obtained with higher purity, weak agglomeration, uniform grain size and regular shape.
