摘  要:目的建立控制黄芪桂枝五物颗粒质量的方法。方法采用C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈一水(31:69);蒸发光散射检测器;柱温30℃。应用高效液相色谱法(high pelformance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定黄芪桂枝五物颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果黄芪甲苷在2~10μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9990,n=5);重复性试验RSD值为1.6%(n=6);平均回收率为97.91%,RSlD为1.23%(n=6);供试品溶液在8 h内稳定。结论该方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可作为黄芪桂枝五物颗粒的质量控制指标。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Granules. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column with acetonitrilewater(31: 69) as the mobile phase. ELSD was used. The temperature of the column was 30 ℃. Results Astragaloside Ⅳ showed good linearity ( r = 0. 9990) within the range of 2 - l0 μg. the RSD of repeatability test was 1.6% (n =6 ). The average recovery was 97.91% with RSD = 1.23% (n = 6). The sample solution was stable in eight hours. Conclusions This method is accurate, reliable and reproducible , which can be used for quality control of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Granules.
