终末期肾病患者高血压的发生与血尿酸相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨末期肾病进行血液透析患者高血压的发生与血尿酸的关系,从而了解血尿酸对高血压的影响机制。方法:针对我院血液透析中心现有维持性血液透析患者80例,统计高血压的患病率、高尿酸血症发生率和控制情况。结果:在80例常规透析的患者中高血压的患病人数57例,占71%,这57例患者中血尿酸增高者23例,占40%,与血压正常组有明显差异(P<0.05),在尿酸降低的同时,血压有所降低(P<0.05),结论:通过本研究内容初步了解透析患者高血压的发生与血尿酸的关系,为透析高血压患者治疗提供新思路。Objective：To study the relativity between hypertension and serum uric acid in ESRD. Methods： To find out the rate of hypertension and serum uric acid in 80 cases in our hospital. Results： In 80 cases vivo in uremia patients,there are 57 （71%） hypertension patients and in these cases with 23 （40%） high serum uric acid. It has statistic difference. The Patients blood pressure become smoothly after treatment. Conclusion：In the study, we can conclusion that the hypertension has relativity with the level of serum uric acid ,the treatment of high erum uric acid may be the new method in protecting cardiovasoar system.
