摘 要:以水泥、粉煤灰为主要原料,掺加适量激发剂、促凝剂和胶粉,利用自主研制的高效发泡剂,采用先独立发泡、再将泡沫与料浆混合的工艺方法制备粉煤灰/水泥发泡轻质保温材料。研究了不同粉煤灰掺量对保温材料干密度、抗压强度和导热系数的影响,并对各种外加剂的作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,利用粉煤灰取代部分水泥可降低粉煤灰/水泥发泡轻质保温材料的干密度和导热系数,但其抗压强度也会随之降低。当粉煤灰掺量为40%时,粉煤灰/水泥发泡轻质保温材料的干密度为325 kg/m3,28 d抗压强度为1.1 MPa,导热系数为0.085 W/m.K,各性能指标均符合GB/T11969—2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》标准要求。With the defined amount of excitant,coagulant,rubber powder and high efficient foaming agent made at home,cement and fly ash as the main raw materials were selected to prepare the foaming fly ash/cement lightweight thermal insulation material,and the method of process was first foaming,then foam and slurry mixed.The influences of fly ash with different additions on the dry density,compressive strength and the coefficient of heat conductivity were studied,and the action mechanism of admixtures was discussed.The results exhibit that with the addition of fly ash,the dry density and coefficient of heat conductivity decreased,but the compressive strength also decreased.When the addition of fly ash was 40%,the dry density was 325kg/m3,the compressive strength was 1.1 MPa at 28 days,the coefficient of heat conductivity was 0.085W/m K,and all the performance index of the thermal insulation block meet the requirement of the Standard GB/T 11969-2006.
