摘　　要：以常熟理工学院为例,从课程教学、活动体验、咨询分享等方面重点介绍大学生职业心理辅导的形式和内容,探讨大学生职业心理辅导具体实施所取得的成效,并对大学生职业心理辅导的理论研究、认识局限、队伍建设、实施途径等作出理性思考。Taking Changshu Institute of Technology as an example,this paper focuses on the followings： 1.highlighting the form and content of the professional psychological guidance for the undergraduates from curriculum instruction,activity experience and advice sharing,etc.;2.investigating the effects obtained from the specific implementation;3.making rational thinking regarding the theoretical research,awareness limitation,team development and implementation methods.
