摘　　要：充分借鉴目前国内外工程地震和震害预测研究成果,结合福建实际震例,利用GIS技术、Web技术,设计开发区域范围震害预测及震灾快速评估系统,即福建城乡震灾快速评估系统。利用该系统平台对1992年以来发生在福建有较大影响的6次中强地震进行震灾快速评估,并将系统评估计算结果与实际震害调查评估结果进行对比分析,给出系统评估结果与实际调查评估结果的差异和定量关系,为政府部署救灾行动提供重要的参考价值。Using the present results of domestic and foreign engineering earthquake disaster damage research for reference, and considering the real earthquake cases in Fujian, the city and countryside earthquake disaster fast assessment system for Fujian is developed by use of the GIS and the Web techniques. This system platform is used to assess the tremendous influence of 6 mid strong earthquakes occurred in Fujian since 1992 and the computing results is comparatively investigated with the actual earthquake disaster. The diversity and quantity relations have also been given. The system provided the important reference value for the government on the disaster relief motion.
