摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,阐述"自由人"在排球比赛中的重要作用与影响,探讨在实际训练中应该如何选拔和培养"自由人"。This paper utilizes such methods as documentation and interview to interpret the important role and impact of ＂free people＂ in volleyball competition,and discusses on how to select and cultivate ＂free people＂.
