摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展与我国高等教育体制改革的深化,高等教育培养人、发展人的功能不断得到完善,人才发展的指向不再单纯依托于知识的储备,毕业生就业的现状以及就业方式的转变,更加凸显了大学生能力发展与智力发展相结合的重要性。With the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of higher education system reform in China, the function of higher education to cultivate and develop talents is perfecting,and the orientation of talent development no longer merely depends on knowledge reserve.The present situation of graduates＇ employment and the change of employment way highlight the importance of the combination of college students＇ ability development and intelligence development.
