基于动态偏离份额法的黑龙江省垦区农业产值增长分析

摘　　要：定量分析黑龙江垦区各分局农业产业结构和竞争力对各分局农业总产值的影响,可以为垦区各分局制定调整农业产业结构和提高产业竞争力的政策提供参考依据。基于动态偏离份额分析法,将垦区各分局的农林牧渔总产值增长量分解为垦区增长分量、产业结构分量和产业竞争力分量,指出各分局农业产业结构和产业竞争力对各分局农林牧渔总产值增长的影响程度不同。The influences of industrial structure and the competitive power on gross output value of agriculture have been analyzed by a quantitative model,which may provide some references for sub-bureaus of Heilongjiang reclamation area to formulate policies,ranging from adjusting agricultural industrial structure to enhancing the industrial competitive power.The increased amount of gross output value of farming,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery of sub-bureaus is resolved into reclamation area growth share,industrial structure share and industrial competitive power share based on Dynamic Shift-share method.The results show that the agriculture industrial structure and industrial competitive power have different effects on the increased amount of gross output value of farming,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery among sub-bureaus of Heilongjiang reclamation area.
