摘　　要：铁路货物装载加固是影响铁路运输安全的重要因素,为了提高装载加固质量,保证货物运输安全,研究开发了铁路货物装载加固信息系统。该系统解决了相关关键技术,能够方便快捷地进行货物装载加固方案的设计和优选,实现了规章查询、方案管理和方案自动生成等功能。系统的实际应用改变了传统的手工作业模式,有效地提高了货物装载加固质量和工作效率。Railway freight loading reinforcement was an important element which influenced the safety of railway transportation.In order to enhance the qualification of loading reinforcement and guarantee the security of freight carriage,the Railway Freight Loading Reinforcement Information System was developed.Relevant key technologies were solved by the System,and the System enabled the design and selection of the freight loading reinforcement plan in a more convenient and efficient way.Meanwhile,the System also implemented the functions such as regulation research,scheme management and scheme auto-generation,etc.The implementation of this System changed the traditional manual operation pattern,therefore improved the qualification and productivity effectively.
