摘  要:大型高精度平面天线骨架是相控阵天线的关键结构部件,具有面积大、精度要求高、制造难度大的特点,文中分析了大型高精度平面天线骨架的结构特点,论述了焊接变形的主要原因和控制变形的方法,通过模拟试验研究了大型高精度天线骨架焊接变形的规律,采取了能有效控制焊接变形和提高加工精度的工艺方法,解决了大型高精度天线骨架制造难题。The large high accuracy flat antenna framework is the key part of the phased array radar.It is characterized by large area,high accuracy and extremely difficult to manufacture.The characteristics of the large high accuracy flat antenna framework are analyzed and the main reasons of deformed welding and the way of controlling deform are discussed in this paper.The deform regularity of large high accuracy flat antenna framework for welding is obtained by welding simulation test.The solutions to control the welding deform and to improve the accuracy are adopted.The difficult problem to manufacture the large high accuracy flat antenna framework is solved.
