摘　　要：公安信息通信系统是一个由多个功能各异同时又相互配合的子系统组成的有机共同体。系统评价模型选用层次分析加权平均法构建,用特尔菲法确定评价指标的权重,并结合实例论证公安信息通信系统运行状况的评价程序,这些研究对于进一步加强和改进公安运维管理工作有一定的指导意义。The Public Security Communication System is a united organism which consists of many different functions but co-operated subsystem.The system evaluation model is constructed by the analytic hierarchy weighted average process,using ＂Delphi method＂ to value the importance of the target,and combining the evaluation programs＇ examples to identify the public security communication system＇s working condition.All those research have somehow leading meaning of strengthening and improving the public security management work.
