摘　　要：目的:分析我院住院药房中药注射剂药物利用情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:采用回顾性的调查方法对我院2008—2010年住院药房中药注射剂的品种、年销售金额、用药频度进行统计分析。结果:我院2008—2010年住院药房中药注射剂的销售金额、用量及品种呈上升趋势,主要分布于抗肿瘤药、心血管系统用药和呼吸系统用药中,抗肿瘤中药注射剂连续3年居临床使用之首。结论:中药注射剂占中成药的销售比例逐年增加,临床应用广泛,表现良好的用药前景,但临床应用中应重视中药注射剂的安全性及合理用药。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the drug utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections（TCMI） in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital in order to provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use.METHODS： The utilization data such as drug variety,annual consumption sum and DDDs of TCMI in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in this retrospective study.RESULTS： The variety,annual consumption sum and DDDs of TCMI in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2008 to 2010 showed an increasing trend,predominantly antitumor drugs,cardiovascular drugs and respiratory system drugs,with antitumor TCIM topping the list steadily over the 3 successive years.CONCLUSION： TCMI showed a year-on-year increase in terms of its proportion in Chinese patent medicine and it had a wide clinical application presenting promising future in clinical use;however,great attention should be paid to the safety and rational use of TCMI.
