摘　　要：通过对发生在上海市某区某深井水厂出厂水砷、浑浊度超标事件的处置,可以发现上海市生活饮用水卫生监督预警控制平台在水污染事件早期发现,应急处置,包括判断事件发生原因、性质、影响范围及处置效果中都能起到一定的作用,已经逐渐成为传统突发事件调查处置的有效辅助手段,对提高突发饮水污染事件处置工作效率,建立科学处置模式提供了技术支撑。Based on the treatment of unqualified arsenic and turbidity incidents of finished water in a deep well water plant in Shanghai,drinking water health inspection and warning control platform played an important role in the early discovery and emergency treatment of drinking water contamination incidents,including incident cause,property,influence scope and treatment effects judgment.The platform has gradually become an effective supplementary means of traditional investigation and treatment,and has provided technical support for drinking water contamination incidents treatment efficiency improvement and scientific treatment mode establishment.
