云南白药外涂配合高锰酸钾坐浴用于白血病化疗后肛周感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨云南白药配合高锰酸钾坐浴用于白血病化疗后肛周感染的效果。方法将29例白血病化疗后肛周感染患者应用云南白药(用植物油调和成糊状)外涂肛周,并配合1:5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。观察4d后治疗的效果。结果显效20例(69.0%),有效8例(27.5%),无效1例(3.5%)。结论云南白药外涂配合高锰酸钾坐浴能有效治疗白血病化疗后肛周感染,而且方法简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To summarize the effects of Yunnan Baiyao on perianal infection in leukemia patients after chemotherapy. Methods Yunnan Baiyao powder mixed with vegetable oil was applied on the perianaus in the 29 patients with perianal infection in leukemia patients after chemotherapy. Other nursing measures were taken such as perianal bath with 1 ： 5000 potassium permanganate solution. The treatment effect in the two groups were observed. Results The treatment was significantly effective in 20 patients, moderately effective in 8 and ineffective in 1. Conclusion Local application of Yunnan Baiyao powder, together with perianal bath is effective to the treatment of chemotherapy- induced perianal infection in leukemia patients.
