摘　　要：目的探讨循序减压弹力袜预防妇科根治性术后患者下肢深静脉血栓(lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,LDVT)的效果。方法将90例妇科根治性术后患者随机分为两组,实验组44例,对照组46例。实验组在常规护理措施下采用循序减压弹力袜预防LDVT;对照组单纯采用常规护理预防LDVT。观察住院期间两组患者术后双下肢疼痛及LDVT发生情况。结果两组患者LDVT发生率比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组优于对照组。结论循序减压弹力袜能有效预防妇科根治性手术术后LDVT的形成,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of progressive decompression elasticity socks on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after gynecological radical operation. Methods 90 patients undergoing gynecological radical operation were randomized into experimental group （n = 44） and control group （n = 46）. Beside conventional nursing measures, progressive decompression elasticity socks were used in the experimental group to prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower limb, and the control group only received conventional nursing measures. Incidence rate of pain and deep vein thrombosis of lower limb were observed during hospitalization. Result The incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis of lower limb in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Progressive decompression elasticity socks are effective in preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower limb after gynecological radical operation.
