连衣内衬联合小夹板固定新生儿股骨骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察连衣内衬联合小夹板固定新生儿股骨骨折的效果。方法 2007年6月～2010年6月,本科室收治了股骨骨折的新生儿5例,应用自行设计的连衣内衬联合小夹板固定新生儿股骨骨折部位,观察其固定效果。结果 5例新生儿应用连衣内衬加强外固定,小夹板无脱出现象,3周后骨折愈合,X线检查显示骨折对线对位良好,未出现其他并发症,痊愈出院。结论应用连衣内衬联合小夹板固定新生儿股骨骨折部位,使小夹板能发挥最大作用,避免脱落,从而保证治疗效果,促进骨折愈合,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of jumpsuit-lining combined with small splint on newborn femoral fractures. Methods We received 5 newborns with femoral fracture in our hospital departments from June 2007 to June 2010. The self-designed jumpsuit-lining combining with small splint was used to fix femoral fracture, with the effects observed. Results After using the jumpsuit-lining, there was no small splint prolapse in the 5 newborns. 3 weeks later, the fracture alignment was good without complications. Conclusions Jumpsuit-lining can allow the small splint at its full play and refrained from its prolapse. It may ensure the therapeutic effect and promote fracture healing.
