3种鼻胃管固定方法在普外科应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较3种鼻胃管固定方法的效果,为临床选择最适合的胃管固定方法提供理论依据。方法选择本院普外科2008年1月～2011年6月留置鼻胃管患者300例,根据固定方法的不同分为3组,每组各100例,分别采用3M绢丝胶布固定法、白编带固定法、3M加压固定胶布+3M透明敷料固定法固定鼻胃管,比较3种固定方法胶布更换频率、更换胶布所需时间、鼻胃管移位或脱出发生率以及患者舒适度的差异。结果 3M加压固定胶布+3M透明敷料固定组更换胶布所需时间短于其他两组,鼻胃管移位或脱出发生率低于其他两组(均P<0.05);而在舒适度方面,患者感觉活动不便、担心脱管的发生率也低于其他两组(均P<0.05)。结论 3M加压固定胶布+3M透明敷料固定鼻胃管具有良好的固定效果,胶布更换频率低,且更换方便,降低了护理过程的工作量;同时避免了鼻胃管的移位和脱出,增加了患者的舒适度,是一种较好的固定方法。Objective To investigate the effects of 3 different methods for fixing nasogastric tube. Methods A total 300 patients were enrolled and divided into three groups. In group one, 3M adhesive tape was used to fix the tube, common strapping was used in group two and 3M adhesive tape plus 3M transparent dressing was used in group three. The three methods were compared regarding effectiveness of fixation, time for change dressings, degree of comfort and the rate of tube shedding. Results Group three was most effective in the fixation of tube, for the shortest time for dressing changing, the highest degree of comfort and the lowest rate of tube shedding （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fixation of nasogastric tube by 3M adhesive tape plus 3M transparent dressing can achieve best effect in nasogastric tube fixation and highest comfort degree.
