产程进展告知书在提高产妇家属满意度中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨产程进展告知书在提高产妇家属满意度中的作用效果。方法选择980名产妇家属分为对照组500名和观察组480名。对照组采用传统的护理方法,观察组在此基础上采用产程进展告知书对产妇家属进行产程进展告知。比较两组产妇家属的满意度及投诉率。结果观察组产妇家属满意度高于对照组,投诉率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论产程进展告知书可促进护患沟通,提高产妇家属的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To probe into the labor notice in the improved satisfaction of puerperant families. Methods 980 puerperant families were randomized into control group （n = 500） and observational group （n = 480）. In the former group, the families were notified about the labor routinely, while those in the observational group with a labor notice. The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction degree and complaint rate. Results The satisfaction degree in the observational group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the complaint rate was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Labor notice may improve the satisfaction degree of the puerperant families by way of promoting the nurse-patient communication, worth clinically popularizing.
