循证护理在心肌梗死介入治疗术后并发症预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在预防心肌梗死介入治疗术后并发症中的效果。方法对100例接受经皮冠状动脉支架植入术的心肌梗死患者,运用循证护理思维方法对其术后并发症进行寻求实证,针对常见和严重并发症进行全面查找分析原因,制定科学的护理对策,实施预见性护理。结果通过及时的观察与针对性护理,有效减少患者介入治疗术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。结论循证护理应用于心肌梗死介入治疗术后并发症的预防中,能对护理实践提供科学的指导,提高护理质量和效果,提高护士解决问题的能力。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing comlications occured after interventional treatment of myoncaidial infarction.Methods 100 patients of myoncaidial infarction.Who had interventional operation were enrolled in this stady.Using evidence-based thinking,the anther analyzed the causes of complications occourec after the interventional treatment formulated scientific nursing countermeasures and adopted foreseebabe nursing care.Result Through timely obserration and targeted care,the incidence of complications after interventional treatment was effective reduced and the patient＇s rehabilitation was inprored.Conclusion For the patiention of complications occurred after interventional treatment in patient＇s whith my oncardical infarction,the evidence based nursing plays an importment role.It can provide scientific guidance to nursing and enhance the ability of nurses in soving clinical problems.
