摘　　要：高等职业教育植根于特定国家的社会和经济制度之中,其发展和人才培养模式也具有不同的特点。各国经历了关于职业人才培养模式的长期探索,对其具有的成功性、示范性、推广性等要素的理解已形成共识,这为我们借鉴"他山之石"提供了可能。Higher vocational education is rooted in the specific social and economic systems of a country.The development of higher vocational education and the talent cultivation mode also have diverse features.A consensus has formed on the success,the modeling effect and the popularity of talent cultivation mode for vocational education in countries in the would,which have had a long time of exploration experience.The situation makes it possible for us to use their experience as ＂stones from other hills＂.
