摘　　要：从分析湿地保护现状及我国湿地保护立法规定,比较国外先进的湿地立法,根据我国湿地保护的实际情况,提出湿地保护法律完善的对策,促进专门的湿地立法建设。Based on an analysis of current status of wetland protection and legislation for wetland protection, by studying legislation for wetlands in other countries and considering the realistic situation of China＇s wetland protection, recommendations were made to improve the legal system of wetland protection in order to promote the legislation of a specific law for wetland protection.
