壳聚糖涂层T管在重症胆管炎犬模型体内抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察壳聚糖涂层T管在重症胆管炎(ACST)犬胆管内的抗炎作用。方法:将15只犬随机分为3组,即壳聚糖涂层T管组(A组),普通T管组(B组)和假手术组(C组)。A,B组利用T管制作犬ACST模型,分别于术前,术后24 h,48 h,72 h,7 d观察生命指征并采血检测白细胞及分类,血清TB,AKP,ALT,TNF-α,IL-1β以及血清内毒素水平。结果:术前3组之间各项指标相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后A,B组犬的血清IL-1β、TNF-α、内毒素水平逐渐升高,与C组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组血清IL-1β,TNF-α,内毒素水平明显低于B组(P<0.05),两组术后的血清TB,AKP,ALT水平相比差异无统计学意义。结论:壳聚糖涂层T管在ACST犬胆管内具有一定的抗炎作用。Objective：To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of chitosan coating T-tube in canines＇ bile duct with acute cholangitis of severe type（ACST）.Methods：Fifteen dogs were divided into three groups：chitosan T-tube group（group A）,common T-tube group（group B）,control group（group C）.ACST models were established by seting T-tube into common bile duct and ligating distal common bile duct,then injecting bacterium into T-tube.At pre-operation and 24,48,72 h,7 day after operation,the changes of serum IL-1β,TNF-α,endotoxin,total bilirubin,ALT,AKP were observed.Results：There were no significant differences about all indices among three groups at pre-operation.Serum IL-1β,TNF-α and endotoxin levels post-operation in groups A and B were elevated gradually.These indices in groups A and B were higher obviously than that in group C（P0.05）,these indices in group A were lower than those indices in group B（P0.05）.There were no significant differences in serum total bilirubin,ALT,AKP between group A and group B.Conclusion：Chitosan coating T-tube has anti-inflammatory effect in canines＇ bile duct.
