摘  要:通过对交流电机和液力耦合器的基本特性进行分析,分别建立电机直接启动和电机与液力耦合器联合启动情况下的转矩、驱动力的数学模型。以Y450—46—6电机,TVA866型限距型液力耦合器为例,利用MATLAB仿真出了电机直接启动和电机与液力耦合器联合启动的M-n和F-v的曲线图。通过分析图形,并与电机直接启动方式相比,采用电机与液力耦合器联合启动具有减振环节的特性,并且可以延缓输送机的加速过程,对控制输送机启动过程的稳定性和安全性具有指导意义。Through analyzing the basic characteristics of the AC-motors and hydraulic houplers,the paper established the mathematical models of torque and driving force which the motor direct starting and electrical and hydraulic coupler combined output respectively.Take the Y450-46-6 motor as an example,the type of the TVA866 hydraulic coupling converter which is restriced,by using MATLAB,it simulated characteristic curve of M-n and F-v which the motor direct start-up and electrical and hydraulic coupler combined output.Through the analysis of the curve,and compared with the type of the motor direct starting,the paper uses the manner of electrical and hydraulic coupler joint start-up which has the characteristics of damping link and delayed the acceleration process of the conveyor.The type is of great significance on controling the conveyor safety and stability at starting up process.
