摘　　要：目前大多数企业质量体系文件中质量手册、程序文件以及相关标准等文件基本上仍然采用纸质载体为主,然而随着行业检测范围的日益拓展,此形式的载体还是越来越不尽如人意。尤其是近几年来随着很多有影响力的实验室都拓宽了原有的检测领域,相应的体系文件的编写及整理都需要很大的工作量,本文主要利用PDF软件对体系文件进行管理,更加科学地解决电子载体在文件安全、受控及有效性方面的问题。Most of the quality system documents quality manual,procedures,documentation and related standards and other documents are basically still using paper-based carrier,but with an increasing range of industry testing,the carrier of this form is not satisfactory more and more.Especially in recent years with many influential laboratory to broaden the original test field,the corresponding system of document preparation and finishing needs heavy workload.The PDF file management software system is a more scientific to solve an electronic medium in document security,controlled and effectiveness issues.
